What you say is true, regarding plan, schedule, learn, etc. The most important part, in my opinion, is trust and that take time to build, but once you’ve got that, then the sky’s the limit.
In reference to the milliondollarhomepage guy’s site, sure he made a million but what did he give back to his readers, subscribers, etc. Duplication is not always the best thing as you pointed out.
