Easy-poll.com allows you to create polls for your web pages or myspace surveys . They claim to have the most refined polls for webmasters. They claim that their polls work with Myspace, Blogger, Xanga, Typad and many other social and blogging networks! Easy-poll.com site is designed very cleanly and so I decided to test them.
In order to create polls, you need to register on the site. Registration form is easy. You just need to provide your name, email and choose a password. Once you login into the system, you have options to either create multiple choice polls or yes/no poll. I decided to check the system by creating a multiple choice poll.
Multiple choice polls allow you to create polls with multiple options. But it doesn’t allow you to create polls where your people can choose multiple answers. Once you enter the details and submit, you get your poll created. You are given a piece of code, which you need to paste in your myspace surveys or any other webpage.
Now here comes the interesting part. On their site, they claim they won’t have any banners and visible links. That means they will have hidden links in the code. A close examine has revealed that they have a link in <noscript> tags. So people who have javascript disabled will see this link. Now do you know what link was there in the <noscript> tag? Look at the below screenshot: I have marked it in red.
Although easy-poll.com has some attractive poll templates, with hidden links like the above in their code they will repel many users.
